– Payment method : cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, paypal

– To make appointment the customer deposits 20% of the total service cost, amounting to $100, to secure the appointment.
– The remaining 80% will be paid during the appointment after the practitioner completes the service.
– In case the customer schedules on a Sunday or a national holiday, an overtime fee of 5% of the total service cost and 30% service deposit will be applied.

We do not issue refunds for any reason except for cases supported by evidence related to illness or accidents.

– NLB assists customers in rescheduling appointments without charge with prior notice of 24-48 hours.
– Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 50% forfeiture of the deposit and an additional 50% charge to reschedule.
– A third rescheduling results in a 100% deposit forfeiture.
– If a customer cancels an appointment without notice or for personal reasons, they forfeit the entire deposit. Exceptions include accidents, emergencies, or situations deemed beyond control with accompanying evidence, where we’ll retain the deposit for the next appointment.
– Customers arriving late must notify us immediately; after 30 minutes from the appointment time without notification, it may be considered a no-show, akin to canceling without notice.

– The stipulated touchup period is 6 weeks for eyebrows and 8 weeks for lips. Customers are requested to return for touchup within 2 weeks from the due date. Overdue touchups will incur additional charges as follows:
After 3 months: 35%
After 6 months: 50%
After 1 year: 100%

– NLB offers further adjustments after completing two sessions, with fees ranging from 20-30% depending on the customer’s requirements.

Customers displaying rude behavior, causing offense, or tarnishing our image directly or indirectly will be refused service.
