Policies

Deposit & Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal.
  • A 20% deposit (minimum $100) is required to secure an appointment.
  • The remaining 80% balance is due at the time of service, after the procedure is completed.
  • Appointments scheduled on Sundays or national holidays will incur:
  • A 5% overtime fee of the total service cost.
  • A 30% deposit requirement instead of the standard 20%.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in cases of documented illness or accidents.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule at no charge with at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours results in a 50% deposit forfeiture and requires an additional 50% charge to reschedule.
  • third rescheduling will result in a 100% deposit forfeiture.
  • Cancellations without notice or for personal reasons will result in a full deposit forfeiture.
  • Exceptions apply to accidents, emergencies, or uncontrollable circumstances with valid proof, in which case the deposit can be applied to a future appointment.
  • Late arrivals must notify us immediately.
  • After 30 minutes of no contact, it will be considered a no-show, which is treated as a cancellation without notice.

Touch-up Policy

  • Touch-up timeframes:
  • Eyebrows: 6 weeks
  • Lips: 8 weeks
  • Clients should return for their touch-up within 2 weeks of the scheduled date.
  • Late touch-ups will incur additional charges:
  • After 3 months: +35%
  • After 6 months: +50%
  • After 1 year: Full service price (100%)
  • Additional adjustments after two sessions may be available, with costs ranging from 20-30% based on individual requirements.

Customer Conduct

  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
  • Rude, offensive behavior or actions that tarnish our reputation will result in refusal of service.
