  • Deposit & Payment

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal.

A 20% deposit (minimum $100) is required to secure an appointment.

The remaining 80% balance is due at the time of service, after the procedure is completed.

Appointments scheduled on Sundays or national holidays will incur:

A 5% overtime fee of the total service cost.

A 30% deposit requirement instead of the standard 20%.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in cases of documented illness or accidents.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule at no charge with at least 24-48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling within 24 hours results in a 50% deposit forfeiture and requires an additional 50% charge to reschedule.

A third rescheduling will result in a 100% deposit forfeiture.

Cancellations without notice or for personal reasons will result in a full deposit forfeiture.

Exceptions apply to accidents, emergencies, or uncontrollable circumstances with valid proof, in which case the deposit can be applied to a future appointment.

Late arrivals must notify us immediately.

After 30 minutes of no contact, it will be considered a no-show, which is treated as a cancellation without notice.

  • Touch-up Policy

Touch-up timeframes:

Eyebrows: 6 weeks

Lips: 8 weeks

Clients should return for their touch-up within 2 weeks of the scheduled date.

Late touch-ups will incur additional charges:

After 3 months: +35%

After 6 months: +50%

After 1 year: Full service price (100%)

Additional adjustments after two sessions may be available, with costs ranging from 20-30% based on individual requirements.

  • Customer Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Rude, offensive behavior or actions that tarnish our reputation will result in refusal of service.
